South Central Director
I have been an Alaskan Bowhunters Association director now for 5 years.
I’m from the great state of Texas, but have also lived in Arizona, Germany and New Mexico. After coming to Alaska, I loved it so much that I decide to stay. I currently live in Eagle River, Alaska.
I grew up as an army brat, and also spent 13 years in the United States Air Force serving my country.
Arizona was my first duty station after joining the Air Force. Drawing a rifle tag in Arizona can be difficult, however Archery is over the counter for deer and turkey. This is how my love of bow hunting started.
Bowhunting is my passion. I would like to introduce new hunters into the great world of bowhunting. Furthermore, I have a personal goal to take as many animals of the North American 29 with my bow as I can.
I hope to help the Alaskan Bowhunters Association create more bowhunting opportunities in Alaska.
